A massif of schist, slate and compact limestone rocks, of an intense dark grey, bathed by the clear waters of the ocean, which will take your breath away. A unique geological beauty, flanked by vibrant flora, which is charming even in winter.<\/p>\n<p>This is where you will find one of the greatest attractions of the Rota Vicentina in terms of fauna: in spring, storks choose this steep cliff and the rocks in the sea to nest, a habit considered unique in the world. They share the space with around 20 other species that, despite the strong winds that bring salt water, inhabit this habitat. Here you can see the grey-naped crow, the great cormorant, the common kestrel, the rock pigeon, the peregrine falcon, the black redstart and, of course, the white stork.<\/p>\n<p>The lighthouse also has something unique and curious about it: it was built with the tower on the land side, unlike all the other lighthouses with identical structures and locations.
